ACE compliance

ACE complaint process

If something about a DaniB-Haven continuing education event falls short — the content, the CEU award, the certificate, the instructor, or how we handled your request — here is exactly how to raise it and what happens next.

Step 1: Submit your complaint in writing

All complaints must first be submitted in writing to the DaniB-Haven ACE Coordinator. Written submission gives us a clear record of your concern and lets us respond specifically rather than generally.

  • ACE Coordinator: Daniela B., M.S., BCBA, LBA
  • Email: admin@danib-haven.com
  • ACE Provider: DaniB-Haven, IP-25-11521

Please include your full name, the email address on your account, the course title, the date you took or purchased it, and a description of the concern along with the outcome you are seeking.

Step 2: What happens after you write to us

The ACE Coordinator acknowledges every written complaint within two business days and provides a substantive written response within 10 business days of receipt. If a concern requires review of course content, quiz records, or completion data and will take longer, we will tell you that in writing along with a revised timeline.

Complaints are reviewed by the ACE Coordinator directly. Where a complaint concerns the Coordinator's own instructional work, the second DaniB-Haven founder reviews it instead so the response is not written by the person the complaint is about.

Step 3: If the outcome does not resolve your concern

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a Notice of Alleged Violation with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. The BACB accepts notices about ACE Providers and their events through its reporting process, and you are free to use it at any point — contacting us first does not limit that right.

We will provide any records you need for that filing, including your enrollment record, completion data, and certificate.

Our authorization, stated plainly

DaniB-Haven is a BACB Authorized Continuing Education Provider, IP-25-11521.

The BACB authorizes ACE Providers but does not individually review, approve, or endorse specific continuing education events.
