Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Accounts are for individual use. Certificates are issued in the name on the account, so please don't share logins — a certificate earned under someone else's account is not valid for your recertification.

Course access and license

Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view the course and download its materials for your own professional development. Access does not expire.

• Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly post course videos or materials
• Do not present our content as your own in trainings you deliver
• You may reference and apply what you learn freely in your clinical work

CEUs and certificates

DaniB-Haven is an authorized BACB ACE Provider (IP-25-11521). Certificates are issued only after you complete the learning activity, pass the quiz, and submit the evaluation. You are responsible for confirming that the CEU type and amount satisfy the requirements of your certifying board or state licensing body.

We may correct or reissue a certificate if an error is discovered, and we may revoke a certificate obtained through misrepresentation.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change over time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the platform, scrape content in bulk, or circumvent quiz or access controls. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content and disclaimers

Our courses provide professional education, not clinical or legal advice about a specific case. You remain responsible for the clinical decisions you make and for practicing within your scope of competence and applicable law.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we may perform maintenance or update course content. If we retire a course, purchasers keep access to the version they bought.
