DaniB-Haven is a BACB Authorized Continuing Education Provider, IP-25-11521. Each course lists its CEU type (Learning, Ethics, or Supervision) and value on the course page and on your certificate. The BACB authorizes ACE Providers but does not individually review, approve, or endorse specific continuing education events, so no individual DaniB-Haven course is BACB approved and we never describe one that way.

CEUs earned through an Authorized Continuing Education Provider count toward BACB recertification requirements. Your certificate lists the ACE Provider name and number, the CEU type and amount, and your completion date. You are responsible for confirming the CEU type and amount required by your certifying or licensing body, since state licensure requirements vary.

Yes. The content is written for practitioners at the BCBA and BCaBA level, and BCaBAs earn the same Learning or Ethics CEUs listed on each course page. RBTs may take these courses for general professional learning, but these activities do not award BACB RBT PDUs unless specifically identified as an RBT professional-development event. None of our current three courses are RBT professional-development events, so RBTs should treat them as general learning and check with their supervisor about how the content applies to their role.

It is optional when you register, and required before we can issue a BCBA or BCaBA CE certificate. Your number is printed on the certificate so your CEUs can be matched to your record, so we ask for it at certificate time if you skipped it at signup. You can add or correct it any time from your dashboard, and we will reissue any certificate that needs updating.

Complaints must first be submitted in writing to our ACE Coordinator, Daniela B., M.S., BCBA, LBA, at admin@danib-haven.com. We acknowledge every written complaint within two business days and give a substantive written response within 10 business days. If our response does not sufficiently resolve your concern, you may file a Notice of Alleged Violation with the BACB. Full details are on our ACE complaint process page.

No. Once purchased, a course stays in your account with all downloadable materials. You can revisit it any time, even after you've earned the certificate.

Our current catalog is $12 per one-hour CEU. Pricing is listed clearly on every course card and course page. You never need to buy a bundle to get a reasonable rate.

Email admin@danib-haven.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund, provided a certificate has not yet been issued for that course. Once a certificate is generated, the CEU has been earned and the sale is final.

Most courses run about an hour, including the quiz and evaluation. Your progress saves automatically, so you can complete a course across several shorter sittings.

Nothing dramatic. You need 80% to pass and you get unlimited attempts. After each attempt you'll see which learning objectives to revisit before you try again.

Immediately after you pass the quiz and submit the evaluation form. Certificates are PDFs stored permanently in your dashboard under Certificates.

Yes. The site is built to work on phones and tablets, and your progress syncs across devices when you're signed in.

Yes. Recorded content includes captions, and every course provides a downloadable transcript along with the written materials.
