Privacy policy

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password. If you choose to provide it, we also store your BACB certificant ID so it can be printed on your certificates. When you purchase a course we record which courses you bought, the amount paid, and the date.

As you work through a course we record your progress, quiz attempts and scores, and completion date. These records are required for us to issue valid CEU certificates and to meet ACE Provider recordkeeping obligations.

How we use it

• To give you access to the courses you purchased and save your progress
• To generate and store your completion certificates and receipts
• To respond when you contact us for support
• To send transactional email such as receipts and certificate notifications
• To send course announcements, only if you opted into our email list — every message includes an unsubscribe link

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share data only with the service providers we need to operate — for example payment processing and email delivery — and only what those providers need to do their job.

Payments

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on DaniB-Haven servers. We retain only the record of the transaction: amount, date, and what was purchased.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember the contents of your cart, and understand which pages people use. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Retention

Course completion and certificate records are retained for at least seven years to meet ACE Provider requirements. Account and marketing data is retained until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing admin@danib-haven.com. Note that CEU completion records must be retained even after account deletion, in a form limited to what our ACE obligations require.

Changes and contact

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, email account holders. Questions can go to admin@danib-haven.com.
